A few things to remember during your visit:
- Night Lights is a walking experience that is mostly outdoors. You will need to pass through the Visitors Center to access all areas of the event. Dress for the weather, including coats, snow boots, hats, gloves, and umbrellas.
- The outdoor path areas for Night Lights are all wheelchair and stroller accessible in clear weather but may be challenging in rainy, icy, or snowy weather. Large strollers and wagons are not recommended.
- Pets should remain at home. Service dogs are welcome throughout the gardens and buildings at all times.
- The Garden Shop will be open every evening for all of your souvenir and holiday shopping needs.
- Visit the Café for hot cocoa, apple cider, cider donuts, winter cocktails, savory grilled cheeses, and s'mores making kits. Open nightly until 9:30pm. Very limited seating. Reservations are not offered. See menu here.

- S'mores Making Kits, the quintessential Night Lights treat. $3.75 per package including tax. The S'mores Making Kit includes fresh ingredients for one delicious s'more, including graham crackers, chocolate, and a marshmallow. Sticks for roasting will be provided at fire pits.
- 3D Holiday Specs, see magical images in the lights! $2.50 per pair including tax. Enhance your Night Lights experience by transforming our dazzling lights into snowflakes, stars, or snowmen with a pair of our 3D Holiday Specs.
Arriving at Tower Hill:
- Please plan to arrive during your chosen Arrival Window. Once you have checked in you are welcome to stay until the property closes at 10:00pm. Your Arrival Window is when we expect you to walk through the main entrance of the Visitors Center. The Café, Garden Shop, and Restrooms are not accessible before your arrival time. Early or late arrivals may not be accommodated.
- Check-in is located inside the Visitors Center. We ask that you print your confirmation email or have it available to show on your phone.

- New England Botanic Garden Members:
- An account is required to make an online purchase or reservation. If you are having difficulty logging in or creating your account, please call us at 508.869.6745.
- Reserve member tickets for yourself and any guests covered by your membership using the Member priced tickets below. Additional tickets may be reserved at full price. Gate Passes are not valid during special events such as Night Lights.
- All members of your party will need a ticket, including children age 3 and under.
- General Admission discounts, such as reciprocal memberships, MTA, library passes, or Military, are not valid on Special Events such as Night Lights.
Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and only valid for the date and time selected. Tickets can be rescheduled for a $10 fee so long as there are tickets available on a different date or time and you call by 10:00am on your ticket date.
