New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill invites you to enjoy the outdoors by visiting our 200-acre property with formal gardens and woodland trails.
The Garden is open for General Admission 10:00am-5:00pm with a last admission time of 4:30pm.
A few things to remember during your visit:
- All exhibitions are included with General Admission but special events, workshops, and classes may require a separate ticket which generally includes Admission.
- The Garden Shop is open daily during Garden hours.
- Farmer & the Fork Café is serving lunch daily 11:00am-3:30pm followed by drinks and desserts until 4:00pm.
- Please note that the Secret Garden, Limonaia, and/or Orangerie may close for a short time each day for a class or private function.
The Garden is Growing!
The Garden is currently renovating the Winter Garden located in the middle of the Visitors Center. When complete this garden will feature upgraded paths which will improve the accessibility of this popular garden. The Winter Garden will remain closed until mid-Spring 2025. All other gardens remain open.
Arriving at New England Botanic Garden:
- After you park your vehicle, please follow the path to the Visitor Center. We will check your ticket inside our Visitor Center.
- We ask that you have your confirmation email available to show when you arrive.

- To receive your member discount, an account is required. If you have not yet registered an account, click Log In at top of this page and follow directions to register an account. You will need to know your Member/Patron ID Number and the primary membership holder's last name. If you do not know your member number, please call us at 508.869.6111 or email membership@nebg.org.
- Reserve member tickets for yourself and any guests covered by your membership using the Member priced tickets below. The number of member priced tickets you can reserve is based on your membership level. Additional tickets may be reserved using the General Garden Admission priced tickets below.
- To use your complimentary Gate Passes for guests not covered by your membership, please reserve General Garden Admission priced tickets below and you will be prompted to apply your Gate Passes in your Cart.
- All members of your party will need a ticket, including children under age 4 and dogs. See the Dog Walking guidelines on our Plan Your Visit page.
- Eligible for a discount? Select General Admission priced tickets below, click Add to Cart, and on the next page you will be able to apply a promotional code.
Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable and may only be redeemed on the Visit Date listed above. If are unable to attend on the date for which you purchased tickets, you will have several options. None of these options will result in cash or credit card refunds for unused ticket purchase price.
- Reschedule your visit to another currently available date. Any difference in price will need to be paid at the time of rescheduling. Offer valid through 4:00pm on the visit date.
- Give your tickets to another individual(s). Please note that individual tickets may only be redeemed for a single ticketed admission of equal or lesser value. Member tickets cannot be transferred to non-members.
- Return your tickets to New England Botanic Garden as a donation to our nonprofit, receiving a tax-deductible receipt in return. Offer valid through 5:00pm on the visit date.
