Add
an extra dose of inner calm and mindfulness to your weekly routine. This class
includes gentle yoga postures, yin and restorative practices, meditation
techniques, and guided relaxation to retreat from the busyness of your week,
replenish your body, and find your balance. Please bring a yoga mat and a
blanket. Yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, or pillows can be helpful, but
are optional. This gentle class is appropriate for both new and experienced
yoga practitioners, ages 16+. You must pre-register for all yoga classes.

Mandi Garrison is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga
instructor (E-RYT 500) and a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years. Her
calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance,
self-empowerment, connection, and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily
life. Mandi’s background encompasses a wide variety of yoga styles and
traditions, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga.
She specializes in intuitive sequencing, seasonal and nature-based yoga practices,
healing and subtle energy, and guiding pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda
Association, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher and a certified Yoga Warriors
International instructor.

Additional Program Information
- Bring your own mat and any props you may need. No props are provided.
- During the warmer months (April-Oct) yoga classes are primarily held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather or other factors the class will be moved indoors. During the colder months (Nov-April) yoga classes are held indoors.
- Due to the high demand, yoga classes are posted mid-month for the upcoming month. Example: Yoga classes for August will be posted mid-July.
