Aubrey Roscoe (she/her) is a Public Health Practitioner, certified comprehensive Pilates teacher, and founder of Brilates Body, LLC, a mobile Pilates studio dedicated to making movement accessible, affirming, and community-centered for BIPOC and marginalized communities across CT, MA, NY and RI. Her teaching blends mindful movement, intentional breathing, and supportive guidance, to help participants feel grounded, strong, and connected to their bodies.

Each class is a mat Pilates full-body flow with thoughtful twists and adaptations, incorporating upbeat music and optional props to support or challenge as needed. Aubrey creates an environment that feels welcoming and doable for all levels, inviting every body to explore balance, build strength, and leave feeling more aware, supported, and at home in themselves.
