Get crafty with carnivorous plants! Explore the wacky and wonderful Stranger Plants exhibition, then dive into the world of bug-eating flora like Venus flytraps, sundews, and pitcher plants. Discover how these curious plants lure, trap, and digest their prey, and then design your very own carnivorous plant pal to take home—no bugs required! Participants will use a variety of crafting materials including fabric, paper, wire, pipe cleaners, and more to bring their imaginative plant creations to life.

Please note, this class requires the use of hot glue guns.

• PLEASE NOTE THIS CLASS IS FOR CHILDREN WITH OR WITHOUT THEIR ADULT COMPANIONS. We are able to accommodate a maximum of one adult per child registrant at this time. Adult companions MUST register along with their child(ren) as this class registration serves as your admission to the garden. Adults are required to stay on the property while class is in session, this is not a true drop-off program.

To register for a class:

• Log In/Create Account: Please log in or create an account. The Login / Create Account button is in the bar at the top of this screen.
• Choose Your Event: Return to the class you wish to attend.
• Add Tickets to Your Cart: If you have not already done so, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and add Attendees. If you have already done this, the Attendees will be listed below. Check the box next to the desired attendees.
• Check Out: Add the class to your cart and check out. You must complete the check-out process to complete your registration. You will receive an email confirming the registration.
