A Harvest of Blooms: Floral Design for Fall's Arrival

Dahlias and cosmos and roses—oh my! Celebrate the Autumn Equinox by embracing the rich, overflowing beauty of late summer blooms in this creative floral design workshop.

You’ll create a lush, seasonal bouquet using fresh-cut flowers, and explore the delicate art of dried floral design. With expert guidance, you’ll learn techniques for arranging and preserving flowers while reflecting on the transition from summer’s peak into autumn’s quiet shift.

All materials are provided. Clippers will be available, but feel free to bring your favourite pair if you have them.

Sam Paradis founded Sam's Stems in 2023, driven by a passion for using the art of flowers to foster a more interconnected community.

Starting at local farmers markets, Sam showcased her nature-inspired art in addition to offering unique experiences like fresh flower bars and custom dried flower crows at New England festivals and events. 

As Sam's Stems blossomed, she expanded into private events and weddings, catering to diverse aesthetics. 

Committed to supporting local flower farmers in Massachusetts and maximizing the life of each bloom through drying and preservation, Sam blends sustainability with artistry in every creation.
