Start your morning with a relaxing yoga flow. Our practice will incorporate synchronization of breath and mindful movement, while we explore postures to build strength, balance, stability and to find peace within our morning.

Weather permitting, class is held outdoors. Please dress in layers and bring water and a towel to lay underneath your mat.

Instructor: Emma Bartolini

Emma Bartolini is a CYT 200 HR Yoga Teacher/ Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga and Certified Children's Yoga Teacher.

Emma offers creative flow style classes that bring movement to the body and stillness to the mind. Her passion for movement arts shines through with influences that engage students in dynamic sequences. Her classes incorporate slower, stress-relieving flows with mindful breathing, and restful meditations.

$17 Member Adult; $30 Adult (includes admission to the Garden)

• Return to the class you wish to attend.
• If you have not already done so, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and add attendees.  You will need to add yourself and anyone else you wish to register.
• If you have already done this, the attendees will be listed below and simply check the box next to the desired attendees.
