In this class you will stretch, twist and lengthen your body through a series of easy-to-follow repetitive movements. Rebecca will combine this with inhales and exhales as we work to get the most out of every movement. There are some standing exercises using the chair as a prop and for our balance. The hour session will end in a relaxing seated savasana. This class is for beginners to more experienced yogis as any type of movement is wonderful. Come and have fun while enjoying the benefits of movement. 

You must bring your own yoga blocks and a strap (required). The chair will be provided for you.

Rebecca Reber has been practicing Yoga for over 15 years. Inspired by her 93 year old mother, she now specializes in seated chair yoga which for the past three years has lovingly spread throughout the Metrowest area. She is RYT 200 Certified (Registered Yoga Teacher).
