Reiki is a healing technique that activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restores physical and emotional well-being. Join Michelle Goodwine of Let it Flow Massage and Wellness to learn more about this practice.

In this class you will learn:

• An introduction to the three Reiki Level 2 symbols and their history.
• Pro tips for invoking symbols when offering Reiki.
• Step by step instructions on how to send Reiki from a distance.
• An opportunity to discuss your current Reiki practices and expand on its use.
• An attunement to the first three Reiki Symbols.
• An opportunity to give and receive practice sessions utilizing the Level 2 symbols both in person and at distance.

Instructor: Michelle Goodwine

Michelle is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Polarity Therapist, T.C.M. Tui Na Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist.

Michelle believes that our bodies can best access their own ability to achieve health and healing when in a state of relaxation and calm.  She is proud to offer Reiki as one of the many healing modalities both at her practice Let It Flow Massage & Wellness Center in Westborough, and in a teaching capacity throughout the community.  Michelle began her studies of energy medicine by learning the principles and practices of Reiki and becoming a Reiki Master Teacher.  She continued learning how to heal the mind, body, and spirit through her studies with Dr. Ming Wu, becoming a Fengyang TCM Tui Na Practitioner, and at Spa Tech becoming both a Polarity Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist.  When Michelle isn’t providing energy healing and massage, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, snuggling with her dog, relaxing in nature, and practicing Qi Gong and meditation.

Please note: in order to enroll in this class you must have taken Reiki Level 1 either at New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill or at another site.
