Join us for Summer Twilight Yoga—an evening escape into gentle-to-moderate flow yoga set in the tranquil beauty of the outdoors.     Surrounded by blooming landscapes and the sounds of nature, these all-level sessions invite you to unwind, restore, and reconnect at your own pace.     Each class is led by a skilled instructor who offers modifications and encouragement for every body and ability.     Held outdoors whenever weather permits, this is your midweek invitation to pause, move, and ground yourself in the peaceful rhythms of the season. 

Please bring your own mat and any props you enjoy using.

    About the InstructorS: Mandi Garrison & Justine Pulaski       

Mandi Garrison

Mandi Garrison is an experienced 500-hour Kripalu yoga instructor (E-RYT 500) and a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years. Her calming and intuitively guided classes aim to provide energetic balance, self-empowerment, connection, and a refuge from the hectic activities of daily life. Mandi’s background encompasses a wide variety of yoga styles and traditions, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Kundalini yoga. 

She specializes in intuitive sequencing, seasonal and nature-based yoga practices, healing and subtle energy, and guiding pranayama, meditation and relaxation. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher and a certified Yoga Warriors International instructor.     

Justine Pulaski

Justine's journey with yoga began over twenty-five years ago as a practice of self-care and healing. Encouraged to deepen her understanding, she completed her 200-hour teacher training to share her love of yoga with others. Justine offers a gentle, meditative practice that emphasizes self-awareness and the belief that yoga is truly for every body.   
   

She holds additional certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release, Children's Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. She is currently a Reiki Level 3 practitioner and continues to study energy healing to enhance her classes.  Justine has been a Yoga Alliance member since 2020 and holds the designations E-RYT 200 and YACEP.
