Paul Dever is an artist and sculptor from Boston, MA and the 2019 Champion of Outrageous Pumpkins on the Food Network.  He later served as a judge on Outrageous Pumpkins for Season 3. During the fall season he gets to dream up and create some crazy things using pumpkins!  The rest of the year he can be found using clay, squash and other perishable items to carve and create outrageous things.  He shares his carving live on his YouTube channel, Carverscreators.
